Manage end-to-end hiring, from posting jobs and screening resumes to scheduling interviews and conducting orientation for new hires
Assist with payroll processing, benefits administration, attendance tracking, and leave management
Handle staff grievances, mediate workplace conflicts, and support a positive company culture
Ensure company rules comply with local labor laws and update employee handbooks or internal policies
Support performance appraisal cycles and coordinate staff training or engagement activities
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field
1 to 3 years of hands-on experience in an HR or administrative role
Strong communication, problem-solving, organizational capabilities, and discretion with confidential data
Familiarity with local employment acts, HRIS (Human Resources Information Systems), and basic MS Office or data reporting
