Jora Malaysia is seeking a Human Resources and Administration Manager to lead and manage HR and administration functions across operations.
You will develop and implement HR strategies, oversee recruitment, payroll, benefits, compliance, and performance management while driving engagement, culture, and organizational development. Bachelor degree and 10+ years experience required, with at least 5 in a managerial role.

Lead and manage overall HR and administrative functions to support business operations
Develop and implement HR strategies aligned with company objectives
Oversee recruitment, onboarding, offboarding, and workforce planning
Manage payroll, compensation & benefits, and statutory compliance
Handle employee relations, disciplinary matters, and grievances
Drive employee engagement, culture-building, and talent development initiatives
Implement and monitor performance management systems, KPIs, and appraisal cycles
Supervise office administration, facilities management, and general services
Manage vendors, procurement, office maintenance, and administrative budgets
Ensure proper management of company assets, records, and documentation
Coordinate company events, meetings, logistics, and workplace safety
Requirements
Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, or related field
Minimum 10 years of relevant experience, with at least 5 years in a managerial role
Strong knowledge of Malaysian Employment Act and statutory requirements
Proven experience in payroll, HR systems, and KPI-driven performance management
Experience in Construction or industrial industry is an added advantage
Strong leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills
