Job summary

PB Realty is seeking a seasoned HR Manager to lead all HR functions in Malaysia. You will manage recruitment, payroll, payroll compliance, employee relations, performance management, training, and HR administration, while shaping policies and ensuring legal compliance.

You will oversee foreign workers’ administration, manpower planning, and HR analytics, driving engagement and development across the organization.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, or related field.
• Minimum 5 years of HR experience with at least 2 years in a managerial role.
• Well-versed in Malaysian Employment Act, Industrial Relations Act, and statutory requirements.
• Experience in the property development, construction, or related industry is an added advantage.
• Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage the full spectrum of HR functions, including recruitment, payroll, compensation & benefits, employee relations, performance management, training & development, and HR administration.
• Develop, review and implement HR policies, SOPs, and best practices to ensure operational efficiency and legal compliance.
• Ensure compliance with the Employment Act, Industrial Relations Act, and other relevant labour laws and statutory requirements.
• Oversee payroll operations and statutory submissions while ensuring accuracy and compliance.
• Lead recruitment and talent acquisition activities to meet the Company's manpower requirements.
• Drive employee engagement, performance management, succession planning, and talent development initiatives.
• Manage disciplinary matters, domestic inquiries, grievance handling, and employee relations.
• Oversee foreign workers' administration, including work permits, hostel matters, and regulatory compliance.
• Prepare HR reports, manpower planning, and HR analytics for Management.
