Job summary

Beacon Company is seeking an HR Recruiter to attract and engage suitable candidates through digital channels and direct outreach. You will own the end-to-end candidate journey from awareness to interview scheduling.

You will post job vacancy posters on social media, contact interested candidates, and arrange interview sessions, with follow-up to maximize attendance. This is a Monday–Friday role with 9:00 AM–5:30 PM hours, based in Kuala Lumpur.

• Contact candidates who are interested in the job vacancies
• Arrange interview sessions for candidates and follow up with them to ensure they attend their scheduled interviews
