Job summary

MyPath in Penang, Bayan Lepas is looking for an HR Recruiter (Senior/Junior) to drive end-to-end recruitment. You will source candidates, screen and shortlist, propose strong fits, and coordinate interviews while tracking closures and ensuring timely updates to hiring managers.

The role requires a diploma/degree with interest in HR recruitment, good English and Bahasa, and the ability to work independently with minimal supervision. Mandarin is optional.

Qualifications

• Strong communication in English and Bahasa; Mandarin is optional.

• Able to deliver timely customer requests

Qualification

• Diploma/Degree in any fields importantwith interest in HR Recruitment and Human relation
• Own Transport with valid driving license is desirable

• Ability to communicate clearly in English and Bahasa, Mandarin (optional)
