Job summary

Responsibilities

• Manage the end-to-end recruitment cycle including job posting, candidate sourcing, screening, interviewing, onboarding, and orientation
• Oversee the full employee lifecycle including contract renewal, probation review, performance management, salary adjustment, transfer, development, and exit processes
• Monitor employee attendance and maintain accurate leave and HR records
• Supervise outsourced staffing vendors including timesheets, claims verification, invoicing and payments
• Coordinate training and development activities including training administration and training record maintenance
• Develop and improve HR policies, procedures, forms, and trackers
• Handle employee relations, including communication, disciplinary actions, conflict resolution, and labor risk handling
• Maintain and safeguard all employee records and HR databases with confidentiality; ensure compliance with Malaysian laws
• Prepare HR related correspondence letters and support other HR tasks as assigned by manager

Job description

Manage the end-to-end recruitment cycle to support business hiring needs, including job posting, candidate sourcing, screening, interviewing, onboarding, and orientation

Oversee the full employee lifecycle, including contract renewal, probation review, performance management, salary adjustment, transfer, employee development, and exit processes

Monitor employee attendance and maintain accurate leave and HR records

Supervise and manage outsourced staffing vendors, including manpower coordination, verification of timesheets and claims, and follow-up on invoicing and payments

Coordinate training and development activities, including training administration, HRDC claim and training record maintenance

Develop, implement, and continuously improve HR policies, procedures, forms, and trackers in line with company requirements and practices

Handle employee relations matters, including employee communication, disciplinary actions, conflict resolution, warning letters, and labor risk handling

Maintain and safeguard all employee records and HR databases with a high level of accuracy and confidentiality

Ensure compliance with Malaysian employment laws and regulations, including the Employment Act and other relevant statutory requirements

Prepare any HR related correspondence letters

Support other HR-related tasks as assigned by manager
