Wuhan FiberHome International (M) Sdn. Bhd. in Kuala Lumpur seeks an experienced HR Manager to drive end-to-end HR operations, including recruitment, payroll, compliance, and lifecycle management to support business needs.
You will ensure adherence to Malaysian employment laws, coordinate training, handle employee relations, and maintain confidential HR records while partnering with internal stakeholders and external authorities.
Manage the end-to-end recruitment cycle to support business hiring needs, including job posting, candidate sourcing, screening, interviewing, onboarding, and orientation;
Process monthly payroll for Malaysia employees, Manage statutory contribution and submission matters in Malaysia, including but not limited to EPF, SOCSO, EIS and ensure full compliance with local regulations;
Oversee the full employee lifecycle, including contract renewal, probation review, performance management, salary adjustment, transfer, employee development, and exit processes;
Monitor employee attendance and maintain accurate leave and HR records;
Coordinate training and development activities, including training administration, HRDC claim and training record maintenance.
Handle employee relations matters, including employee communication, disciplinary actions, conflict resolution, warning letters, and labour risk handling;
Maintain and safeguard all employee records and HR databases with a high level of accuracy and confidentiality;
Ensure compliance with Malaysian employment laws and regulations, including the Employment Act and other relevant statutory requirements;
Manage employee insurance plan and ensure up to date;
Register tax number and EPF number, bank account opening;
Submit tax registration & clearance for local employee and expatriate;
Responsible for Stamp duty, EA Form, Form E, E-filing submission and maintain record;
Ensure the safety of working environment and prepare report to JKKP.
Prepare any HR related correspondence letters;
Liaise and coordinate with internal stakeholders and external parties such as local directors, auditors, government authorities, universities, etc;
Support other team on profile searching, tender documentations and HR data;
Assist in company events and activities such as festival events, team building, annual dinner, etc.
Other tasks assigned by managers.
Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
Minimum 5–8 years of HR experience, including at least 3 years of independently managing full-spectrum local HR operations or serving in an HR managerial role
Strong knowledge of Malaysian employment laws and HR practices
Experience in payroll processing and HR operations management
Strong interpersonal, communication, and stakeholder management skills
Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with integrity
Detail-oriented, organized, and able to work independently in a fast-paced environment
