Job summary

ING HING HONG TRADING SDN. BHD. is seeking a Human Resources Manager to lead HR across multiple entities in Sarawak. The role covers policy development, recruitment, payroll, and compliance with Malaysian labor laws while guiding a rising team.

You will advise management on workforce planning, oversee performance management, and drive employee development, engagement, and HR process improvements within a trading SME environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Administration or related field.
• Minimum 8 years HR experience, including at least 5 years in an HR management role.
• Strong knowledge of Malaysian employment laws, regulations and best practices in HR management
• Excellent knowledge of payroll, recruitment, employee relations and performance management
• Strong leadership, communication and problem-solving skills
• Proficiency in HR information systems and Microsoft Office applications
• Experience managing HR across multiple companies or entities is preferred
• Experience in a trading, commercial or SME environment is an advantage
