Job summary

MEDILIN GROUP SDN BHD in Sungai Petani, Kedah, Malaysia, invites a dedicated HR Officer to join our team. This full-time role supports HR operations, recruitment, onboarding, performance management, and employee lifecycle activities on-site.

The candidate will coordinate benefits, leaves, HR data, and assist with policy guidance to managers and staff across the organisation.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of experience in HR generalist or consulting role.
• Strong organisation and multitasking abilities with good prioritisation.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to liaise with employees at all levels.

About the role

We are seeking a dedicated and organised Human Resource Officer to join our team at MEDILIN GROUP SDN BHD. This full-time role is based in Sungai Petani, Kedah, and will play a key part in supporting our human resources operations and initiatives.

What you’ll be doing

• Assisting with the full employee life cycle, including recruitment, onboarding, performance management, and offboarding


• Coordinating employee benefits, leave, and other HR-related administrative tasks


• Providing support and guidance to managers and employees on HR policies and procedures


• Maintaining accurate employee records and data in our HR systems


• Assisting with the implementation of HR programs and initiatives to enhance the employee experience


• Collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure the smooth delivery of HR services

What we’re looking for

• At least 2 years of experience in a similar human resources generalist or consulting role


• Strong organisational and multitasking skills with the ability to prioritise effectively


• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to liaise with employees at all levels


• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, with the ability to use HR software and systems


• A genuine interest in HR and a commitment to providing exceptional employee support


• A degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
