- Work with Business Units managers to assess staffing requirement and execute the plan.
- Responsible for end-to-end recruitment functions. Involve in screening, interviewing and selection of candidates. Guide hiring managers in selection of candidates with right competencies, experience and culture fit through effective screening and assessment processes.
- Handling onboarding such as provide orientation to the new hire
- Manage and handle employee relation matters such as providing advice and support BUs in the process of managing staff performance issues, engaging in conservation and disciplinary sessions.
- Ensure timely and accurate processing and submission of payroll
- Administering employee benefits such as total rewards, insurance and leave.
- Manage the annual performance appraisal exercise including preparation of required information in facilitating the entire process.
- Track employee skills development, promotion and career progression.
- Develop policies, procedures and systems to improve the efficiency of HR.
- Review policies on a regular basis and ensure compliance with the country regulations and laws.
- Support employee relations matters including disciplinary cases, grievances, investigations and policy interpretation.
- Manage employee exit processes, including conducting exit interviews and administering exit clearance procedures
- Prepare and present monthly reports or ad hoc reports required by management.
- Provide guidance to the team members in running the day-to-day HR functions.
- Provide support to senior management in rolling out employee engagement activities to motivate employees to deliver superior performance in fulfilling organisational requirements.
- Any other HR related duties and ad hoc projects as assigned by reporting manager

Requirements- Candidate must possess at least a Degree Human Resource / Business Administration
- At least 5 years of working experience as a HR Generalist
- Familiar with the local Labour Act
- Proficient in MS Office Applications (i.e. Excel, Word, Power Point)
- Good leadership and people skills
- Partnership development and strategic stakeholder engagement
- Organizational Skill
- Good interpersonal and communication skills
