Job summary

Expogaya Sdn Bhd, based in Kota Kinabalu, Sabah, is seeking a hands-on Human Resources Manager to lead the recruitment lifecycle, from posting jobs to orienting new hires.

You will handle daily employee inquiries, support performance reviews, maintain HRIS records, and assist with payroll, benefits, and statutory compliance to ensure smooth operations.

Qualifications

• Experience managing end-to-end recruitment lifecycle.
• Ability to handle payroll, benefits, and compliance.
• Strong knowledge of local employment laws and EPF/SOCSO requirements.

Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end hiring processes, including job postings, candidate sourcing, interviews, and orientation for new hires
• Handle day-to-day employee queries, assist with conflict resolution, and support performance review processes
• Maintain accurate physical and digital employee files, leave records, and database updates via the HRIS
• Assist with payroll inputs, benefits administration, leave entitlements, and statutory compliance
• Help develop, implement, and enforce company HR policies while ensuring adherence to local employment laws
• Coordinate employee training sessions, feedback programs, and team engagement activities
