Job summary

Sinar TM Sdn Bhd in Malaysia is looking for a Human Resources Manager to oversee recruitment from posting to onboarding, prepare offers and contracts, maintain employee records, and support monthly payroll processes while ensuring compliance with labour laws.

You will monitor attendance and discipline, address HR inquiries, coordinate training and performance appraisals, and prepare headcount/turnover reports.

Responsibilities

• Manage recruitment from job posting to onboarding.
• Prepare HR documents: offer letters, confirmation letters, warning letters, and employment contracts.
• Maintain employee records, update HRMS, ensure labour law compliance.
• Monitor attendance, leave, and discipline.
• Assist with monthly payroll processing and statutory contributions (EPF, SOCSO, EIS, PCB, HRDF).
• Address employee inquiries, resolve HR issues, and support conflict resolution.
• Coordinate employee training and development, and support annual performance appraisal processes.
• Prepare monthly HR reports (headcount, turnover, KPI).
• Organise company activities (team building, annual dinners, engagement programs).
• Ensure compliance with policies and labour regulations; assist HR audits.
• Support workforce planning and organizational development initiatives.
