Job summary

SEASON RETAIL MANAGEMENT SDN. BHD. seeks an experienced Human Resources Manager to lead the full spectrum of HR functions in Malaysia. You will shape HR policies, drive recruitment, oversee payroll, and champion employee development across the company.

Collaborating with department heads, you will implement performance management, drive workforce planning, ensure statutory compliance, and contribute to business success through effective people management.

Responsibilities

• Lead the full spectrum of Human Resources functions.
• Develop and implement HR policies, procedures, and best practices.
• Manage recruitment, onboarding, and employee retention strategies.
• Oversee payroll, leave administration, and attendance management.
• Handle employee relations, disciplinary matters, and conflict resolution.
• Manage performance appraisal, KPI implementation, and talent development.
• Plan and coordinate employee training and development programmes.
• Ensure compliance with Malaysian Employment Act and other statutory requirements.
• Prepare HR reports, manpower planning, and management updates.
• Work closely with department heads to support business objectives and workforce planning.
