EXPOGAYA SDN BHD. is seeking a practical and detail-oriented Human Resource Executive / Payroll Specialist to manage end-to-end HR processes at Kota Kinabalu.

The role covers recruitment, onboarding, employee relations, payroll administration, HRIS maintenance, and policy compliance, with a focus on delivering accurate records and timely payroll in Sabah's local regulatory environment. Responsibilities

• Recruitment & onboarding: Manage end-to-end hiring processes, including job postings, sourcing, interviews, and orientation for new hires.
• Employee relations: Handle day-to-day employee queries, assist with conflict resolution, and support performance review processes.
• HRIS & record keeping: Maintain accurate employee files, leave records, and database updates via HR system.
• Compensation & benefits: Assist with payroll inputs, benefits administration, leave entitlements, and statutory compliance (EPF, SOCSO, etc.).
• Policy & compliance: Help develop, implement, and enforce HR policies in line with local employment laws.
• Training & engagement: Coordinate employee training sessions, feedback programs, and team engagement activities.
