Requirement
1.HR Strategy & Leadership
- Develop and implement HR strategies aligned with company goals.
- Advise management on HR policies, workforce planning, and organisational development.
- Lead and manage the HR team to ensure effective HR service delivery.
- Establish HR best practices to support business expansion and scalability.
2. Recruitment & Manpower Planning
- Oversee manpower planning for HQ, warehouse, and retail outlets.
- Lead end-to-end recruitment including senior, managerial, and mass hiring roles.
- Support new outlet openings with timely manpower deployment.
- Monitor recruitment KPI such as time-to-hire and turnover rate.
3. Payroll, Compensation & Benefits
- Oversee payroll processing and ensure accuracy and timeliness.
- Review salary structures, allowances, incentives, and benefits.
- Manage annual salary review, bonus, and incentive schemes.
- Ensure compliance with statutory requirements (EPF, SOCSO, EIS, PCB).
4. Employee Relations & Discipline
- Manage employee relations matters including grievances, misconduct, and disciplinary actions.
- Lead domestic inquiries and advise management on disciplinary outcomes.
- Ensure fair and consistent application of HR policies.
- Promote positive employee engagement and company culture.
5. Performance Management & Talent Development
- Oversee performance appraisal and probation confirmation processes.
- Identify training needs and implement learning & development initiatives.
- Support succession planning and talent development.
- Drive leadership and employee capability development.
6. HR Compliance & Governance
- Ensure compliance with Employment Act 1955, labour regulations and company policies and SOPs.
- Oversee HR audits and documentation.
- Liaise with labour department, statutory bodies, and external consultants.
- Ensure proper maintenance of employee records and HR documentation.
7. HR Operations & Process Improvement
- Review and enhance HR processes for efficiency and compliance.
- Oversee HRIS, payroll systems, and data accuracy.
- Standardize HR practices across all outlets.
- Manage HR budget and control manpower costs.
- Prepare HR reports for management monthly.
- Provide HR insights and recommendations to management.
- Support organisational change and business restructuring initiatives.

Responsibility
- Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, or related field.
- Minimum 8–10 years of HR working experience, with at least 3–5 years in a managerial role.
- Strong experience managing end-to-end HR functions including recruitment, payroll ,employee relations, performance management, and compliance.
- Well-versed in managing foreign workers, including permit renewals, immigration matters, agency liaison, and compliance with Malaysian labour regulations.
- Experience in retail, supermarket, FMCG, or multi-outlet environment is highly preferred.
- Good knowledge of Malaysian labour laws (Employment Act, EPF, SOCSO, EIS, LHDN).
- Proven experience handling disciplinary matters and domestic inquiries.
- Able to manage and lead an HR team effectively.
- Familiar with HRIS / payroll systems and HR reporting.
- Strong communication, leadership, and problem‑solving skills.
- High level of integrity, confidentiality, and professionalism.
