Job summary

Randstad Malaysia is seeking an experienced HR Generalist to drive the full spectrum of people operations and implement strategic human resource frameworks across the business.

You will lead daily HR operations including talent acquisition, payroll management, and regulatory compliance while formulating policies, SOPs, and employee handbooks to support business growth. The role also covers end-to-end recruitment and workforce planning, plus employee relations and performance cycles.

Qualifications

• Proven experience operating in a human resource generalist capacity, with exposure to a supervisory or leadership role.
• Sound knowledge of Malaysian labour laws, statutory regulations, and corporate compliance standards.
• Practical experience managing full-spectrum payroll workflows, compensation benefits structures, and human resource information systems.
• Demonstrated capability in executing performance appraisal cycles and employee relations procedures.
• Ability to collaborate with senior management and guide organisational change initiatives effectively.
