Job summary

Servay Evergreen Sdn Bhd in Penampang, Sabah, is seeking a motivated HR Generalist to join our team. You will manage full-spectrum HR, including talent acquisition, compensation and benefits, employee welfare, and manpower deployment.

You will ensure compliance with Malaysian labour laws and PDPA 2020, support managers on employee relations and performance, administer records, and deliver HR analytics to support strategic planning.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of experience in a generalist HR role.
• Strong knowledge of Malaysian employment laws, HR best practices, compliance, and enforcement procedures.
• Experience in HR compliance, policy enforcement, disciplinary cases, and industrial relations matters is an advantage.
• Degree in Human Resources Management or a related field.

Responsibilities

• Handle full-spectrum HR management including talent acquisition, compensation and benefits, and staffing.
• Provide guidance to managers on employee relations, performance management and talent development.

About the role

Servay Evergreen Sdn Bhd is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Human Resource Generalist to join our dynamic team in Penampang, Sabah. As a key member of our Human Resources department, you will play a vital role in driving our people strategy and supporting the overall business objectives.

What you'll be doing

Proficiency with full-spectrum of HR Management, Talent acquisition, Compensation and Benefits, Employment welfare & manpower deployment.

Compliance in handling guidance and support to managers on employee relations, performance management, and talent development.

Administer and maintain employee records, ensuring compliance with relevant labour laws, PDPA 2020,others Statutory requirements.

Enhancing talents training & leaving programmes to upskill and develop our employees with latest training requirements.

Cascading & fostering of company work culture and core value through employee engagement.

Responsible to produce HR analytics and reporting to support strategic decision-making.

What we're looking for

Minimum 3–5 years of experience in a generalist HR role, preferably in the retail or service industry.

Strong knowledge of Malaysian employment laws, HR best practices, compliance, and enforcement procedures.

Experience in handling HR compliance, policy enforcement, disciplinary cases, and industrial relations matters is an advantage.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact effectively at all levels of the organisation.

Proficient in Microsoft Office suite and HR information systems.

Proactive, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple tasks and priorities simultaneously.

Degree in Human Resources Management or a related field.
