Job summary

Servay Evergreen Sdn Bhd in Sabah is seeking a Facilities & Maintenance professional to ensure smooth operations across Sabah. You will perform routine maintenance on HVAC, plumbing, electrical and building infrastructure, and collaborate with the facilities team to implement preventive programs.

Ideal candidates have at least 3 years in facilities/maintenance, strong technical knowledge, and the ability to read drawings and manuals.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of experience in a facilities or maintenance management role.
• Strong knowledge of building systems including HVAC, plumbing, and electrical.
• Ability to read and interpret technical drawings, diagrams, and manuals.
• Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.
• Strong organizational and time-management abilities.
• Effective communication and interpersonal skills to liaise with internal and external stakeholders.

Responsibilities

In this Facilities & Maintenance Biz Unit role, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth and efficient operation of our facilities across Sabah.
