Job summary

LTP Engineering Sdn. Bhd. is looking for a proactive and experienced HR Manager to lead and strengthen our Human Resources function. The successful candidate will work closely with the Managing Director and management team to enhance HR practices, employee performance and engagement.

Key Responsibilities

Lead and manage the overall HR function.

Develop and implement HR policies, procedures and initiatives.

Advise management on HR and employee-related matters.

Manage recruitment, selection and onboarding.

Develop and improve performance appraisal and employee development.

Handle employee relations, grievances and disciplinary matters.

Manage training, employee welfare, engagement and retention.

Ensure compliance with employment laws and company policies.

Maintain HR records and documentation.

Coordinate with relevant government agencies on HR matters.

Work closely with the Admin Manager on employee administration matters.

Perform other HR duties as assigned by management.

Requirements

Diploma/Degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration or equivalent.

3-5 years of relevant HR experience, preferably in a managerial/supervisory role.

Good knowledge of HR practices, employee relations and employment legislation.

Strong leadership, communication and interpersonal skills.

Good problem-solving and organizational skills.

Proficient in Microsoft Office and HR systems.

Responsible, independent and able to handle confidential matters professionally.

Manufacturing/engineering industry experience is an advantage.

Preferably able to communicate in Cantonese
