Job summary

Urban Hygienist Sdn Bhd is seeking a dynamic HR Executive to join our HR team in Petaling Jaya, Selangor. This full-time role focuses on supporting HR operations, improving employee engagement, and delivering high-quality HR service across the organization.

The successful candidate will manage the full employee lifecycle, assist with recruitment, payroll processing, and policy implementation while maintaining confidentiality and contributing to our positive workplace culture.

Qualifications

• Diploma or Bachelor's degree in HR, Accounting, Business Administration or related field.
• 1–2 years of HR or administrative experience.
• Knowledge of Malaysian employment law and HR best practices.
• Excellent organisational and time management skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and HR systems.
• Fluent in English and Bahasa Malaysia.

Responsibilities

• Manage the full employee lifecycle including recruitment processes.
• Coordinate recruitment activities: job postings, screening, interviews.
• Assist with HR policies, procedures and guidelines.
• Process employee records, payroll submissions and maintain HR documents.
• Coordinate benefits, leave management and attendance tracking.
• Support employee relations and confidential information handling.

Urban Hygienist Sdn Bhd is seeking a dynamic and motivated Human Resource Executive to join our HR team in Petaling Jaya, Selangor. This is a full-time position that offers an exciting opportunity to contribute to the growth and development of our organization. As a Human Resource Executive, you will play a crucial role in supporting our HR operations and ensuring that our workforce is engaged, motivated, and performing at their best. This position is integral to maintaining the company's culture and supporting our strategic business objectives through effective people management and HR service delivery.

What you'll be doing

• Managing and supporting the full employee lifecycle, including recruitment processes
• Contributing to recruitment activities, including job postings, candidate screening, and interview coordination
• Assisting with the development and implementation of HR policies, procedures, and guidelines
• Processing employee records, payroll submissions, and maintaining HR documentation in compliance with legal requirements
• Coordinating employee benefits, leave management, and attendance tracking systems
• Supporting the organization with employee relations matters, including handling inquiries and resolving workplace issues
• Assisting with the planning and coordination of employee development programs, training initiatives, and performance management activities
• Supporting compliance with employment legislation, company policies, and statutory obligations
• Maintaining strict confidentiality and exercising discretion when handling sensitive HR information
• Assisting with HR projects and special initiatives as required

What we're looking for

• Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field
• At least 1-2 years of experience in a human resources or similar administrative role
• Strong knowledge of Malaysian employment law and HR best practices
• Excellent organisational and time management skills with the ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications and HR management systems
• Strong verbal and written communication skills in English and Bahasa Malaysia
• A proactive and positive attitude with a commitment to learn and excel
• Ability to work collaboratively within a team environment and demonstrate discretion with confidential information
• Problem-solving abilities and a willingness to learn and develop professionally
• Preferably, experience with payroll and recruitment processes
