We are seeking a dynamic and experienced HR Executive / Senior HR Executive to join our Human Resources team. This role is responsible for managing end-to-end HR functions, including talent acquisition, employee relations, performance management, and HR operations.
The ideal candidate will possess strong interpersonal skills, sound knowledge of employment legislation, and the ability to manage confidential matters with professionalism and integrity.
Key Responsibilities
- Talent Acquisition
- Manage the full recruitment cycle, including job postings, candidate sourcing, screening, interviews, and onboarding
- Partner with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and ensure timely hiring
- Employee Relations
- Handle employee inquiries, grievances, and disciplinary matters professionally
- Conduct investigations where necessary and promote a positive workplace culture
- Performance Management
- Support performance appraisal processes, including goal setting, evaluations, and feedback
- Provide guidance to managers and employees on performance-related matters
- Policy & Compliance
- Ensure HR policies and procedures are updated and compliant with Malaysian employment laws
- Communicate policies effectively and ensure consistent implementation
- Training & Development
- Identify training needs and coordinate learning and development initiatives
- Monitor and track employee development programs
- HR Operations
- Maintain accurate employee records and HR documentation
- Manage attendance, leave administration, and support payroll processes
- Compliance & Reporting
- Ensure compliance with statutory regulations and internal policies
- Prepare documentation for audits and internal reviews
- Employee Engagement
- Organize employee engagement initiatives, events, and wellness programs to foster a positive work environment
Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related discipline
- HR Executive: Minimum 3 years of relevant experience
- Senior HR Executive: Minimum 5 years of relevant experience
- Strong knowledge of Malaysian labour laws and HR best practices
- Proficiency in HRMS systems and Microsoft Office applications
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and conflict resolution skills
- Strong organizational, multitasking, and time management abilities
- High level of integrity with the ability to handle confidential information
