We are seeking a responsible, proactive, and detail-oriented HR Executive to support our HR operations across both HQ and project sites. The role will be responsible for recruitment, payroll, statutory compliance, foreign worker management, employee welfare, and training coordination.

We are seeking a responsible, proactive, and detail-oriented HR Executive to support our HR operations across both HQ and project sites. The role will be responsible for recruitment, payroll, statutory compliance, foreign worker management, employee welfare, and training coordination.
The successful candidate will work closely with Project Managers, site teams, and management to ensure smooth HR operations and effective workforce management. This position requires strong communication and coordination skills, good knowledge of Malaysian employment regulations and the ability to manage multiple HR matters accurately and efficiently.
Collaborate closely with Project Managers to understand project timelines, manpower requirements, and recruitment needs.
Manage the full recruitment cycle, including candidate sourcing, screening, interview scheduling, and coordination of technical and cultural fit assessments.
Handle salary negotiations and prepare and issue formal Offer Letters.
Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee and recruitment records.
Manage monthly payroll processing accurately, including attendance, overtime, allowances, and other payroll-related matters.
Calculate and ensure timely submission of statutory contributions, including EPF, SOCSO, EIS, and PCB.
Ensure payroll practices comply with applicable Malaysian employment regulations and statutory requirements.
Manage end-to-end foreign worker documentation, including work permit applications, renewals, cancellations, and related documentation.
Liaise with relevant government agencies and authorities, including Immigration, ESD, and FOMEMA, to ensure compliance and timely processing.
Coordinate foreign worker onboarding, accommodation arrangements, and welfare matters.
Provide support to foreign workers to facilitate smooth workplace and site adaptation.
Identify training needs based on engineering and project requirements.
Plan and coordinate training programs, including safety, technical, and relevant industry certifications.
Maintain proper records of employee training and certification.
Act as a proactive HR partner to project and site teams, providing timely HR support and guidance.
Coordinate employee deployment, site-based personnel mobility, and related HR arrangements.
Facilitate effective communication between HQ, project teams, site personnel, and management.
Support day-to-day HR operations and other HR-related matters as required.
Diploma or Degree in Human Resources Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
1-3 years of relevant HR experience.
Experience in the engineering, construction, or foreign worker management industry will be an added advantage.
Good knowledge of Malaysian Employment Law and statutory contribution requirements.
Familiarity with EPF, SOCSO, EIS, PCB, FOMEMA, Immigration, and foreign worker documentation.
Excellent communication, interpersonal, and coordination skills.
Candidates with Mandarin-speaking ability are encouraged to apply
