We are looking for an experienced and hands‑on HR Manager to lead and strengthen our Human Resources function.
This role partners closely with Management and business leaders to drive people strategies, strengthen HR practices and support organisational growth and transformation. You will oversee the full spectrum of HR, including HR business partnering, talent acquisition, learning & development, employee and industrial relations, performance and talent management, HR operations, compliance, organisational development and continuous improvement.
This opportunity is ideal for an HR professional who enjoys both strategic planning and hands‑on execution, and is comfortable leading a team while independently managing complex HR matters and changing business priorities.

Partner with Management and business leaders on manpower planning, people strategies and organisational matters.
Lead the full spectrum of HR operations and ensure effective delivery of HR services.
Drive recruitment and talent acquisition strategies to support current and future manpower needs.
Lead learning & development, performance management, talent review, succession planning and employee development initiatives.
Manage employee and industrial relations matters, including performance issues, PIP, disciplinary cases, grievances and other complex employee matters.
Oversee payroll, benefits, leave, attendance, employee records and HR administration to ensure accuracy and appropriate controls.
Review and enhance compensation, benefits, HR policies, procedures and practices.
Ensure compliance with Malaysian employment legislation, Industrial Relations requirements and internal governance standards.
Partner with Management on organisation restructuring, workforce optimisation and change management initiatives.
Drive HR transformation, digitalisation, process enhancement and continuous improvement projects.
Lead, coach and develop the HR team, building accountability, capability and teamwork.
Drive employee engagement, wellness, workplace culture and employee experience initiatives.
Provide HR reports, analysis and practical recommendations to support Management decision-making.
Bachelor's Degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, Psychology or a related discipline.
Minimum 8 years of progressive HR experience, preferably with a strong HR Generalist and HR Operations background.
At least 3-5 years of managerial or people leadership experience, with proven ability to lead, coach and develop an HR team.
Strong experience in HR Business Partnering and strategic HR planning, with broad hands‑on exposure across recruitment, employee/industrial relations, performance management, learning & development, HR operations and compliance.
Preferably experienced in supporting or managing an organisation with a workforce of at least 500 employees.
Strong knowledge of Malaysian employment legislation, Industrial Relations and HR best practices.
Experience in organisational development, change management, HR transformation and process enhancement will be an advantage.
Strong stakeholder management and communication skills, with the confidence to work closely with Senior Management and business leaders.
Strong analytical, problem-solving and decision-making capabilities with sound judgement.
Strategic yet hands‑on, with a proactive, positive and can‑do mindset and the willingness to take ownership and get things done.
A strong team player who can also work independently with minimum supervision.
Adaptable, resilient and comfortable managing change, ambiguity, multiple priorities and pressure in a dynamic business environment.
Open to new ideas and passionate about driving continuous improvement and enhancement.
