Fodegraf Worldwide in Malaysia seeks an Executive - Human Resources & Administrations to manage HR operations, workforce planning, and compliance with the Malaysian Employment Act. The role oversees recruitment, payroll, and employee relations, guiding policy implementation and HR process improvements.
You will lead a small HR team, ensure timely manpower support, and maintain accurate records across HRIS systems, while upholding statutory contributions and labour law requirements.
Manage overall HR operations and workforce planning.
Oversee recruitment and hiring processes to ensure timely manpower support.
Review HR documents including appointment, confirmation, transfer, and disciplinary letters.
Oversee monthly payroll, overtime, allowances, deductions, and statutory contributions.
Manage performance appraisal, salary increment, bonus, EA Form, and Form E processes.
Ensure compliance with Malaysian Employment Act and statutory requirements (EPF, SOCSO, EIS, LHDN, JTK).
Handle employee relations and disciplinary matters including investigations and termination processes.
Advise management on HR policies, employee issues, and labor law compliance.
Monitor attendance, leave, absenteeism, and employee records within HR systems.
Improve HR SOPs, policies, and operational processes.
Lead and supervise HR team members to ensure smooth daily operations.

Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
Minimum 4-5 years of HR experience, preferably in a managerial role.
Strong knowledge of Malaysian labor law and payroll processes.
Experience in handling employee relations and disciplinary matters.
Familiar with HRIS/payroll systems (Infotech is an advantage).
Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
