Job summary

SK Jewellery Sdn Bhd is seeking a Human Resources and Administration Executive to manage payroll accuracy, policy development, onboarding, and employee data integrity in a structured environment.

You will support performance management timelines, identify training needs, and coordinate development programs while participating in engagement initiatives and policy implementation.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
• At least 1 year of experience in an HR role, supporting a full range of HR functions.
• Strong understanding of labor laws and HR best practices.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficient in MS Office and HR software (e.g. EasyPay).
