Job summary

AIA in Kuala Lumpur is seeking a capable HRIT/Workday support professional to join AIA Digital+. You will support HR applications, coordinate with the HRIT Platform, and ensure changes are delivered within agreed SLAs.

The role requires 2–3 years regional solution experience, Workday exposure, and some Java programming. You will collaborate with global teams to implement reports and extensions, improving reliability and end-user proficiency.

Qualifications

• 2 to 3 years’ regional solution/system support experience.
• Experience with Workday as a support function or end user.
• Workday configuration experience in Reporting / PRISM / Extend module.
• Java programming experience is an added advantage.

Responsibilities

• Support HR applications (Workday) and HRIT Platform integration.
• Assist HRIT Technical Lead and Manager on work assignments.
• Manage Change Requests and meet target resolution times.
• Ensure solutions align with global standards and architecture.
