Qualifications

• HR applications support experience via user calls, emails, or tickets.
• Testing systems for bug fixes and enhancements with strong analytical skills.
• Build and maintain effective work relationships and deliver excellent customer service.
• Communicate and present complex issues clearly and effectively.
• Intermediate SQL Server knowledge and SQL scripting.
• Excellent written and spoken English.

Responsibilities

• Perform customer service functions by answering customer requests and ad hoc questions.

• Ensure system testing is performed according to testing policy and standards.
• Provide first-line support on the system after completion of the implementation project.

• Experience testing systems for bug fixes and enhancements, with strong analytical skills to resolve end-user issues.
• Ability to establish and maintain effective work relationships and provide excellent customer service.
• Ability to communicate and present complex issues and analyses effectively.
• Intermediate working knowledge of SQL Server and SQL scripting.
• Excellent written and oral communication skills in English.
