Job summary

AIA Digital+ in Kuala Lumpur seeks a capable HRIT support professional to manage Workday-based HR systems. You will assist HRIT Technical Lead, handle end-user support, and contribute to system configuration and cross-system integration.

Candidates should have a degree in computer science or related fields with 2–3 years regional experience. Java knowledge is a plus, and you must be able to work extended hours when needed.

Qualifications

• University/College graduate in computer science or related discipline.
• 2–3 years’ regional solution/system support experience.
• Exposure to Workday as a support function or end user.
• Workday configuration experience in Reporting/PRISM/Extend.
• Experience in Java programming is an added advantage.

Responsibilities

• Provide functional and technical HRIT (Workday) support and guidance.
• Collaborate with HRIT Technical Lead & Manager on work assignments.
• Manage integration and business mapping between Global HRIT Platform and related systems.
• Ensure solutions align with global standards and global architecture.
• Perform system configuration and customization as required.
• Handle Change Requests and meet target resolution times.
• Support end users and promote HRIT platform proficiency.
