Rolling Arrays seeks an experienced HRIS Lead in Kuala Lumpur to own end-to-end Workday HCM module delivery, run client workshops, and steer solution architecture decisions. You will develop junior talent and ensure project quality and timely delivery while carrying mandatory team leadership accountability.

Lead full lifecycle implementations, design cross-module integrations, engage senior stakeholders, and mentor consultants to advance HRIS certifications and best practices.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree from a recognized institution.
• 7–10 years HRIS experience; led at least 5 end-to-end implementations.
• Strong leadership, client management, and communication skills.
• Certifications: Workday Core HCM Certification (required).

Responsabilités

• Lead full lifecycle of HRIS implementations from initiation through go-live and support.
• Design cross-module integration processes and workflow customizations.
• Serve as primary consultant for senior client stakeholders and drive milestone sign-offs.
• Mentor team members and support HRIS certification journeys.
