Job summary

AIA Digital+ is seeking an experienced BAU Support professional to manage Workday modules and provide day-to-day operational support. You will handle tickets, incidents, and change requests, configure systems, monitor errors, and help end users maximize HRIT platform proficiency.

Ideal candidates have 3–5 years in Workday BAU, familiarity with ServiceNow, and strong analytical, communication, and teamwork skills to deliver reliable, SLA-driven services.

Qualifications

• Familiar with ITSM tool (ServiceNow).
• Good understanding of how systems work and configurations.
• Knowledge of development methodologies or system configurations.

Responsibilities

• Manage Workday functional modules BAU; support day-to-day operations and tickets.
• Address incidents and change requests related to Workday and HR applications.
• Configure and customize system settings as needed.
• Monitor system notifications and take corrective actions.
• Support end users and raise overall HRIT platform proficiency.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and ensure SLA compliance.
• Escalate S1 issues effectively and align with global standards.

• Able to manage Workday functional modules
• Support L2 day-to-day operations, addressing tickets, incidents and change requests related to Workday and other HR applications
• Self-discipline and good deliverables to promote accountability and trust at work.
• Perform system configuration and customization.
• Monitor system notification (errors) and take appropriate actions.
• Support end users in system usage and assist in raising overall HRIT Platform proficiency in the end user base.
• Able to take pro-active initiatives in BAU support or initiatives.
• Successful system and process integration, efficient SLA driven end-user support and communications.
• Liaises with necessary AIA colleagues or business partners outside HRIT to ensure delivery of the functional work as required.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements.
• Manage S1 issue escalation with relevant parties effectively.
• Ensure solutions are consistent with global standards and ensure global solutions architecture team is aligned
• Support Manager in executing proof of concepts (POCs) for new Change Request

Requirements

Education

• University / College graduate in computer science or other relevant discipline.

Experience

• 3 to 5 years relevant experience in Workday modules BAU Support
