Job summary

DKSH Malaysia Sdn Bhd is seeking a Senior Specialist, HRIT - SAP SuccessFactors Administrator with an IT background to manage and optimize the HR technology ecosystem. You will ensure system uptime, data accuracy, and governance while collaborating with internal stakeholders and external vendors.

Ideal candidate holds a IT degree, has 5+ years in a similar HRIT role, and demonstrates deep SAP SuccessFactors knowledge across modules such as Recruitment, Onboarding, Learning, and Employee Central.

Qualifications

• Degree in IT with 5+ years in HRIS/HRIT roles.
• Strong knowledge of SAP SuccessFactors modules.
• Experience integrating HRIS with other systems (e.g., S/4HANA).
• Consulting on HRIS design and delivery.
• Fluent in local language and English preferred.

Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day HRIS operating budgets in HRIT.
• Deliver HRIS projects on time and within budget with high stakeholder satisfaction.
• Test and implement HRIS solutions to boost HR effectiveness.
• Monitor HRIS data integration across systems to ensure smooth HR operations.
• Maintain 98% accuracy in employee master data and 100% governance compliance.
• Troubleshoot HRIS software and hardware issues for stakeholders.
• Drive 95% training completion and 90% adoption post rollout.
• Collaborate with stakeholders and external vendors on HRIS upgrades.
