Job summary

Private Advertiser in Malaysia seeks an HRIS implementation specialist to coordinate end-to-end deployment, validate configurations, lead testing, and support training and change management across all phases.

You will work with internal teams and external vendors to ensure go-live readiness, documentation, and post-implementation support, with a focus on UAT, payroll processes, and stakeholder communications.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of HRMS implementation experience (end-to-end)
• End-to-end HRIS project exposure
• Hands-on UAT planning and defect tracking
• Knowledge of payroll processes
• Experience with training delivery and change management

Responsibilities

• Coordinate HRIS implementation activities and timelines
• Validate system configurations against requirements
• Lead UAT and defect tracking
• Manage payroll parallel runs and reconciliations
• Prepare training materials and deliver end-user training
• Maintain project documentation and reports
