Responsibilities

• Support HRIS project implementation activities and vendor coordination.
• Monitor project progress and track action items.
• Lead system testing activities including UAT preparation and testing.
• Review configurations against business requirements and policies.
• Lead payroll parallel run activities and reconciliations.
• Prepare user guides and training materials for end-users.
• Support change management activities and adoption initiatives.
• Maintain project documentation and trackers.
