Job summary

Private Advertiser in Malaysia seeks an experienced HR professional to manage end-to-end recruitment, screening, interview coordination, and onboarding processes. You will also support manpower planning and liaise with external stakeholders to ensure smooth operations.

You will handle employee relations, discipline, compliance with Malaysian Acts, and training program coordination, while updating HR policies and maintaining records. A proactive, confidential approach is essential.

Qualifications

• Diploma or Degree in HRM or related.
• At least 7 years of hands-on experience in recruitment & HR.
• High confidentiality & integrity.

Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end recruitment process (job posting, screening, interview arrangement, offer).
• Handle onboarding/induction for new hires & exit interviews.
• Support manpower planning & headcount monitoring.
• Liaise with recruitment agencies & external stakeholders.
• Handle employee grievances & provide HR advice.
• Support domestic inquiry processes where required.
• Promote positive employee engagement and workplace harmony.
• Ensure compliance with Malaysian Employment Act, Industrial Relations Act & other labor regulations.
• Review HR policies and employee handbook.
• Prepare recruitment reports.
• Liaise with CIDB on expatriates pass matters.
