Job summary

The successful candidate will oversee all project phases from initiation to closure, collaborating with clients to define project scope and managing timelines and resources effectively.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in project management, preferably in HRMS/ERP system implementations.
• Strong understanding of HR processes (payroll, attendance, leave, claims, performance, training).
• Proven track record of managing multiple projects and client expectations.

Responsibilities

• Lead full-cycle HRMS implementation projects from initiation to closure.
• Collaborate with clients to understand business needs and define project scope.
• Develop and manage project plans, timelines, resources, and budgets.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams including HRIS consultants and developers.
• Monitor project progress and manage risks, changes, and escalations.
