Job summary

Private Advertiser in Malaysia is seeking a proactive Human Resources Executive to manage day-to-day HR operations, payroll processing, recruitment, training and HR reporting.

You will work closely with management to support employee relations, manpower planning and policy implementation, requiring 3–5 years of HR experience and strong IT skills.

Qualifications

• Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources Management, Business Administration or related field.
• 3–5 years of relevant working experience in Human Resources.
• Practical experience in payroll processing and HR reporting.
• Good understanding of HR operations, employee relations and employment practices.
• Strong organisational, analytical and time-management skills.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Able to work independently, handle confidential information and meet deadlines.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and Word.
• Experience in employee training and development will be an advantage.
• Retail, multi-outlet or fast-paced business HR experience will be an added advantage.

Responsibilities

• Handle day-to-day HR matters and provide support to employees and management.
• Manage employee records, HR documentation and personnel matters.
• Handle employee relations, disciplinary matters, attendance and leave administration.
• Ensure HR policies, procedures and company rules are properly implemented.
• Provide guidance and support to employees on HR-related matters.
• Plan, coordinate and monitor employee training programmes.
• Identify training needs and coordinate internal and external training activities.
• Assist in manpower planning based on business and departmental requirements.
• Coordinate recruitment, interview and onboarding processes.
• Assist in the preparation and processing of monthly payroll.
