Job summary

PwC Malaysia is seeking an Experienced Associate in HCM Client Support within the Tax line of service. You will help automate and optimise HR processes, coordinate with IT, and deliver proactive HR system support to clients.

The role emphasizes project coordination, data management, and documenting client requirements while maintaining high service standards and timely responses during client interactions.

Qualifications

• Degree in Computer Science/Information Technology or related field.
• At least 3 years in a customer support role with at least 1 year using HR systems.
• Experience in customer support, project coordination, or related field.
• Strong understanding of HR systems and services is preferred.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and projects simultaneously.

Responsibilities

• Develop a deep understanding of customer needs related to HR systems and provide guidance.
• Handle client feedback, emails, and inquiries professionally and promptly.
• Collaborate with IT to address and resolve client issues efficiently.
• Document client feedback and system issues accurately.
• Coordinate HR system projects with clients and manage timelines.
