Job summary

Sannis Frozen Product (M) Sdn Bhd in Kuala Lumpur seeks an HR Recruitment Executive to manage end-to-end recruitment, sourcing, screening, interviewing and placement, plus onboarding.

The role requires proactive, target-driven professionals with 2–3 years of recruitment experience in high-volume or operational settings, strong English and Bahasa Malaysia, and the ability to juggle multiple vacancies in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field.
• 2–3 years of recruitment experience preferred.
• Experience in high-volume or operational recruitment is an advantage.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Good command of English and Bahasa Malaysia.
• Able to manage multiple vacancies and meet recruitment deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Handle the full recruitment process from job posting, sourcing and screening candidates to interviews, selection, and offer preparation.
• Coordinate a smooth onboarding process for new employees, including documentation, orientation, company policies, and introduction to the respective departments.
• Work closely with HODs to understand manpower requirements and ensure timely recruitment and placement.
• Coordinate and monitor employee training, including food handling, food safety, hygiene, sanitation, and other operational training.
• Maintain proper records of recruitment, onboarding, training, and employee information.
• Follow up on probation, attendance, performance, and employee-related matters with HODs.
• Assist with employee engagement, HR activities, and other ad-hoc HR tasks as required.
• Provide general HR support to ensure smooth day-to-day operations.
