AEI CAPITAL GROUP SDN. BHD. is seeking a hands-on HR Executive with strong end-to-end recruitment experience to join our Group HR team in Malaysia.
The role covers recruitment, onboarding, payroll coordination and HR operations, with a focus on timely delivery and accurate records. You will partner with hiring managers, manage employee lifecycle processes, and support HR policy implementation across multiple entities, using AI tools to enhance efficiency.
We are looking for a hands-on HR Executive with strong end-to-end recruitment experience to join our Group HR team.
Manage end-to-end recruitment from manpower requisition, sourcing, CV screening and candidate assessment to interviews, selection, offer coordination and onboarding.
Partner with hiring managers on manpower requirements and deliver quality candidates within agreed timelines.
Manage employee lifecycle processes including onboarding, probation, confirmation, transfers, promotions and exits.
Coordinate monthly payroll and benefits administration, including employee movements, salary changes, allowances, deductions and payroll checks.
Handle employee queries and support managers on employee relations, attendance, conduct and performance matters.
Coordinate performance management and employee development processes.
Maintain accurate employee records, HRIS data, HR documentation and personnel files.
Prepare HR reports, headcount data, recruitment reports and HR analytics for management review.
Support implementation and review of HR policies, procedures and employment practices.
Coordinate Group HR matters across multiple entities and jurisdictions, working with relevant stakeholders and external providers.
Support HR projects, process improvements and standardisation across the Group.
Ensure all assigned HR matters are handled with accuracy, confidentiality, sound judgement and proper follow-through
Minimum Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Management or a related discipline.
3-5 years of relevant HR experience, with strong hands-on end-to-end recruitment exposure.
Proven experience managing full-cycle recruitment independently
Strong CV screening, candidate assessment and stakeholder management skills
Experience in HR operations and payroll coordination
Meticulous, organised and highly detail-oriented
Strong follow-through and able to manage multiple priorities
Working knowledge of employment practices in Malaysia, with exposure to cross-border / multi-jurisdiction HR operations.
Strong computer literacy, with good working knowledge of Microsoft Office and common digital workplace tools.
Familiar with AI tools and able to use them effectively to support day-to-day administrative work and improve productivity.
Able to work independently with minimal supervision
