Job summary

FERSON (M) SDN BHD in Malaysia is seeking an HR Executive / HR and Recruitment Executive to support a growing team with a strong focus on end-to-end recruitment and talent acquisition, while also handling employee documentation, onboarding and HR operations.

You will contribute to process improvements within HR, assist with daily HR operations, and source candidates via local job portals and social media to build a robust talent pipeline for the company.

Qualifications

• Experience in recruitment and talent acquisition.
• Experience with HR documentation and onboarding.

Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end recruitment from job posting, sourcing, screening, interview arrangement, offer and onboarding.
• Actively source candidates through job portals and social media platforms such as Hiredly, JobStreet, LinkedIn, etc.
