Job summary

Averis, headquartered in Kuala Lumpur, is seeking an HR Operations professional to join our Global Workday team. The role focuses on maintaining the Workday Supervisory Organization structure and ensuring accurate organizational data across regions.

You will partner with HR and business stakeholders to implement changes, support security role assignments, and drive continuous improvements in governance and data quality.

Qualifications

• Diploma or Degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration, or related field.
• 2–5 years of experience in HR Operations, HR Generalist, HR Services or similar.
• Experience with Supervisory Organization/Organization Chart changes is a plus.
• Willing to be based at Bangsar South, Kuala Lumpur (LRT accessible).

Responsibilities

• Manage and maintain Workday Supervisory Organizations globally.
• Create, modify, split, and assign superior organizations.
• Maintain organizational hierarchies and reporting structures.
• Partner with HR stakeholders to align Workday design with business structures.
• Provide guidance on organizational changes, restructures, and planning initiatives.
• Support Workday security role assignments and inheritance.
• Analyze, troubleshoot, and resolve data issues.
• Drive continuous improvement for governance of Supervisory Organization management.

Functional Accountabilities:

Join our team and play a key role in shaping and maintaining our Global Workday Organizational structure/ Organizational Chart.

• Manage and maintain Workday Supervisory Organizations globally, including:
• - Creating, modifying, splitting, and assigning superior organizations.
• - Maintaining organizational hierarchies and reporting structures.
• Partner with HR and business stakeholders to ensure Workday organizational design aligns with business structures.
• Provide guidance and support on organizational changes, restructures, and workforce planning initiatives
• Support Workday security role assignments and inheritance within supervisory organizations.
• Analyze, troubleshoot, and resolve organizational structure and data-related issues.
• Identify and drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance the efficiency, accuracy, and governance of Workday Supervisory Organization management.

Requirements:

• Diploma or Degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration, or any relevant discipline.
• Minimum 2–5 years of relevant experience in HR Operations, HR Generalist, HR Services or a similar role.
• Experience in creating and managing Supervisory Organization / Organization Chart changes is an advantage. (If you have relevant experience, please highlight it in your resume)
• Willing to be based at Bangsar South, Kuala Lumpur (accessible by LRT).
