Job summary

Averis in Kuala Lumpur is seeking a Senior Human Resources Executive to lead end-to-end payroll processing, maintain and prepare Government Statutory Reports, including Income Tax, EPF, and SOCSO, and support diverse HR operations across the business.

This role requires a hands-on approach to compliance, the ability to resolve payroll issues promptly, and collaboration with finance and HR teams to ensure accurate and timely deliverables.

Qualifications

Responsibilities:

We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Senior Human Resources Executive to join our team in Kuala Lumpur. As a Senior Human Resources Executive, you will be responsible for managing end-to-end payroll processes, maintaining and preparing Government Statutory Reports, including Income Tax, EPF, and SOCSO. Additionally, you will be involved in various HR operations functions. The ideal candidate will have a solid understanding of Malaysia’s HR statutory requirements and possess proficiency in SAP HR and Workday.

Key Responsibilities:

End-to-End Payroll Management:

• Process payroll accurately and in a timely manner.

• Ensure compliance with statutory requirements related to payroll.

• Handle payroll-related queries and issues.

Government Statutory Reports:

• Prepare and maintain reports for Income Tax, EPF, and SOCSO.

• Ensure accuracy and compliance with regulatory guidelines.

HR Operations:

• Assist in various HR operations functions.

• Collaborate with HR teams to streamline processes.

Compliance and Regulations:

• Stay updated on Malaysia’s HR statutory requirements.

• Implement changes to ensure compliance with local laws and regulations.

System Proficiency:

• Utilize SAP HR and Workday proficiently for payroll and HR operations.
