Job summary

Level Up Fitness Sdn Bhd is seeking a proactive Junior HR Executive to support daily HR operations across all Level Up Fitness outlets in Kuching. You will focus on payroll input accuracy, attendance monitoring, recruitment coordination, and documentation control.

Working with the Senior HR Executive, you will ensure HR processes are performed accurately, on time, and with attention to detail. This hands-on role offers growth in a fast-paced multi-outlet environment.

Qualifications

• Diploma or Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
• 1–3 years HR experience.
• Exposure to payroll input and attendance tracking.
• Basic knowledge of Malaysian Employment Act, EPF, SOCSO, and EIS.
• Familiar with basic HRIS or payroll systems.
• Detail-oriented with ability to meet deadlines.
• Eager to learn and be mentored.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and verify monthly payroll inputs (attendance, OT, unpaid leave, allowances, deductions).
• Reconcile attendance reports with outlet rosters.
• Follow up with Operations on missing or inconsistent timesheets.
• Post job advertisements and screen resumes.
• Coordinate interview scheduling with hiring managers.
• Prepare offer letters and employment contracts.
• Conduct onboarding documentation and maintain personnel files.
• Track probation confirmation timelines.
• Maintain accurate employee records (digital and physical).
• Prepare HR letters (confirmation, transfer, warning drafts, etc.).
• Monitor leave balances and employee entitlements.
• Ensure personnel files are complete and audit-ready.
• Respond to basic HR inquiries regarding leave, attendance, payroll clarification.
• Escalate disciplinary matters to Head of Department.
• Assist in HR projects and staff engagement activities when required.
