The role involves handling end-to-end recruitment, onboarding, payroll data support, and coordination with regulatory bodies. Fresh graduates are welcome, with 2–3 years of related HR experience considered an advantage.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Admin, or related field.
• Fresh graduates welcome to apply.
• 2–3 years in HR is a plus, especially in operations or recruitment.

Responsibilities

• Handle full spectrum of recruitment activities.
• Oversee onboarding and pre-boarding for new hires.
• Prepare HR documents like contracts and letters.
• Coordinate with regulatory bodies (EPF, SOCSO, IRB, etc.).
• Administer employee group insurance and payroll data.
• Support training needs and ISO-related records.
