Job summary

Private Advertiser in Malaysia is seeking a proactive Junior HR Executive to support daily HR operations, payroll administration, employee relations and documentation across HQ and branches.

The role requires a Bachelor's degree in HRM, 1–2 years of HR experience, and solid knowledge of Malaysian Labour laws, with strong communication and organizational skills to maintain accurate records and deliver HR services.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in HRM or related field required.
• 1–2 years HR experience preferred.
• Knowledge of Malaysia Employment Act 1955 and Labour laws.
• Strong communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Good planning and administrative skills.
• Systematic and detail-oriented HR documentation.

Responsibilities

• Handle monthly payroll and statutory contributions (EPF, SOCSO, EIS, PCB).
• Serve as the main contact for HR-related inquiries.
• Process payroll, staff claims, overtime, medical benefits, leave and attendance.
• Maintain accurate HR records and documentation.
• Prepare HR reports related to recruitment, performance reviews and grievances.
• Coordinate and support training programs and staff development.
• Provide administrative support for HR activities and correspondence.
• Assist with ad-hoc HR duties as required by management.
• Liaise with employees across HQ and branches and with external authorities.
