Job summary

Baterihub in Kajang is seeking an HR Executive to manage the full spectrum of human resources, including recruitment, orientation, attendance, payroll, and performance appraisals. You will liaise with government departments to ensure compliance with the Employment Act and related regulations.

Diploma or Bachelor's in HRM/Business, 1–2 years’ experience, and proficiency with Microsoft Office and Google Workspace are required.

Qualifications

• Diploma or Bachelor's in HRM/Business or equivalent.
• 1–2 years of relevant HR experience, retail/F&B background advantageous.
• Knowledge of Employment Act and government regulations.

Responsibilities

• Manage recruitment from interview to hiring and orientation.
• Handle staff leave, attendance, and performance appraisals.
• Prepare payroll, claims and related payments.
• Ensure HR policies are followed and updated as needed.
• Liaise with government departments for compliance.
• Coordinate local/foreign worker permit applications and renewals.
• Assist in training and employee engagement activities.
• Prepare various HR reports and ad-hoc duties as required.
