Job summary

Beauty Label & Packaging Sdn. Bhd. is seeking an enthusiastic and organised HR Assistant to join our Human Resources team in Ipoh, Perak. This full-time role offers an excellent opportunity to develop a career in HR and administration.

You will provide essential support to the HR department, ensuring smooth day-to-day operations, maintaining employee records, assisting with recruitment, onboarding and payroll-related tasks, and helping organise engagement activities.

Qualifications

• Diploma or relevant qualification in human resources, administration or related field.
• Strong organisational and time management skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication in English and Bahasa Malaysia.
• Proficiency in Word, Excel and Outlook.

Responsibilities

• Maintain and update employee records with accuracy and secure storage.
• Coordinate recruitment, onboarding and offboarding administrative tasks.
• Assist with posting advertisements, screening applications and scheduling interviews.
• Provide general HR support including meetings, reports and correspondence.
• Coordinate employee benefits, leave and payroll-related tasks.
• Organise employee engagement activities and training events.
• Respond to employee inquiries with discretion and professionalism.
• Maintain HR databases and filing systems for easy access.
• Prepare HR documents and policies as required.
