Job summary

Cardinal Health is seeking an HR support professional focused on hiring Operators, payroll coordination, and benefits administration. You will handle onboarding, maintain operator files, and ensure timely payroll documentation submission.

The role requires a bachelor's degree or equivalent experience, strong Microsoft Word/Excel skills, and fluent Bahasa Malaysia and English. You will work with a diverse team, support internal communications, and uphold safety and quality rules within the plant

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field.
• 2+ years of experience accepted with lower education.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel.
• Fluent in Bahasa Malaysia and English, written and spoken.
• Able to work with people and be punctual.

Responsibilities

• Hire Operators and arrange onboarding with the respective manager.
• Conduct onboarding and exit processes for Operators.
• Create and maintain Employee Files for Operators.
• Check attendance and leaves for payroll cycles (MRO & MRS).
• Submit payroll documentation to Finance on time.
• Manage Mediquip attendance system.
• Administer leave and liaise with insurers/government bodies as required.
• Assist in HR communication, events, and safety compliance.
• Act as relief officer for HR Supervisor and support QMS audits.
