Job summary

Cardinal Health Malaysia is seeking an HR professional to manage the end-to-end hiring of Operators, coordinate onboarding/offboarding, and maintain accurate Employee Files. The role includes payroll-related attendance and leave compilation, timely document submission to Finance, and welfare administration for employees.

You will support event planning, internal communications, and QMS audits, while adhering to plant rules and safety requirements.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in related field is required.
• Minimum 2 years working experience in related field preferred.
• Computer literacy with Microsoft Word and Excel is essential.

Responsibilities

Job Description:Hiring:• Responsible for the hiring of Operators and arrangement of logistics for new hire with respective manager• Conducts the onboarding and exit process of Operators• Responsible for all the creation and maintenance of Employee Files for OperatorsPayroll Process:• Responsible for checking and conforming the attendance and leave compilation for MRO & MRS employee during payroll cycle.• Responsible on a timely submission on documentations to Finance payroll for each payroll cycle• Responsible for Mediquip attendance systemBenefit Administration:• Responsible for leave management during calendar year cut off.• Assist in the welfare administration of employees and liaising with government bodies or insurers as required.Others:• Responsible in the event management activities planning for employees.• Support in HR internal communication or memo circulation, translation activities.• As relief officer for HR Supervisor• Supports the internal QMS audits.• To adhere to safety, environment, quality requirements and any other plant rules and regulations.• To carry out any other duties delegated by his / her superior.Job Requirement:• Candidate possesses at least bachelor’s degree in related field.• Candidate with lower education with experience of minimum 2 years working experience in related field will commensurate the academic• Computer literature especially on Microsoft Word and Excel Software.• Fluent speaking and good written Bahasa Malaysia and English languages. • Able to work with people and punctual.Cardinal Health supports an inclusive workplace that values diversity of thought, experience and background.
