Cardinal Health Malaysia is seeking an HR professional to manage the end-to-end hiring of Operators, coordinate onboarding/offboarding, and maintain accurate Employee Files. The role includes payroll-related attendance and leave compilation, timely document submission to Finance, and welfare administration for employees.

You will support event planning, internal communications, and QMS audits, while adhering to plant rules and safety requirements.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in related field is required.
• Minimum 2 years working experience in related field preferred.
• Computer literacy with Microsoft Word and Excel is essential.

Responsabilités

• Hiring of Operators and arranging logistics for new hires with respective manager.
• Onboarding and exit processes for Operators.
• Maintain Employee Files for Operators.
